Introduction of MITEC

Science and Technology Advances Application Company - MITEC is one of the first Information Technology Companies  in Vietnam. MITEC JSC was established on 13 September 1991 under Institute of Microelectronics - The National Technology Research Institute

In 1996, It was renamed as Science and Technology Advances Application Company – MITEC under The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment on a consolidated basis of MITEC Microelectronics Company and CATEP Scientific and Technological Progress Application Center.

On 14 January 2005, It was renamed as Science and Technology Application Joint Stock Company - MITEC (24% State owned) under the Ministry of Science and Technology. MITEC JSC has branch in Ho Chi Minh city and Representative office in Da Nang City.

On September 2011, office  is inaugurated - MITEC modern building includes 11 floors

On 19 March 2014, The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) divested at MITEC and Mitec Joint Stock Company became company that is 100% out of the State.

In today's information age MITEC defines the catch of new, advanced and modern technologies is a great advantage so MITEC always takes interest in this matter and has special strategies for building company to become a leading unit in the field of application of ITC technologies in Vietnam.

Operating in the IT field, MITEC has developed to become a strong company in this field. At the same time, MITEC continuously researches and applies the science and technology achievements for the development of company and bringing more the social interests.
